Curcuminoids are the bright yellow anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant compounds of the turmeric root. Curcuminoids also cause cancer cell apoptosis (programmed cell death). Suggested Use
Take 1-2 capsules two to three times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each capsule contains 500 mg of Curcumin C3 Complex.

Recommended substitute for those who want the benefits of Curcumin C3 Complex (which is in Bosmeric-SR) but have a food sensitivity to black pepper (Bioperine).
