Suggested Use
For GI health: Chew one tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For Oral health: Place one tablet, at bedtime, between gums and cheek and let slowly dissolve. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes for best results.

Even though this product is stable at room temperature and acid-stable for ensuring delivery to the GI tract, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator when possible to maintain maximum potency. Our probiotics will retain the potency, if stored as directed, at the time you take it (for up to 2 years).
