ReadiSorb Liposomal Glutathione supports your immune system and helps you to detoxify.*Glutathione (GSH) is a naturally occurring Antioxidant in plants and animals.
ReadiSorb Liposomal Glutathione is a patented product. No other glutathione product can claim the same scientific research and quality.
ReadiSorb Liposomal Glutathione provides the following benefits:
- Neutralize/remove toxins: It binds with pollutants and toxins that can then be excreted through urine or bile.
- Protect cells against free radicals, viruses, bacteria: It is capable of preventing damage to important cellular components caused by reactive oxygen species such as free radicals, peroxides, and heavy metals.
- Enhance immune function: For immune cells to be healthy and active they need GSH.
- Liposomal delivery: Liposomes are made of the same type of material as our cell membranes and penetrate mucosal tissues allowing for rapid release into the blood stream for better absorption and onset of action.
- Methylation Support: Glutathione helps support those with MTHR, methylation conditions and transulfuration issues.
Glutathione - A Great Detoxifier
Your liver harbors the most concentrated source of glutathione because it is the organ of detoxification. Your body uses it to protect you from pollution, radiation, drugs, carcinogenic chemicals and heavy metals.
Modern living even exposes us to toxins in our water and food. Dealing with this onslaught is especially difficult for people with certain neurological conditions such as autism, because they have difficulty ridding their bodies of toxins.
Glutathione In Food
Diet may help boost your GSH levels since some is found in almost all fruits and vegetables: watermelon, asparagus, garlic, onions, cauliflower, spinach, broccoli and other members of the cabbage family.
Avocados are especially high in glutathione; one 3.5-ounce serving contains approximately 31 milligrams. In comparison, one teaspoon of Liposomal Glutathione contains more than 425 milligrams.
Over 135,000 scientific articles have described the impact of glutathione. Alcoholics have low GSH and so do people with Alzheimer’s disease. Children with autism are predisposed to low GSH so they can’t detoxify normally. Restoration of GSH is suggested as a promising treatment to combat the oxidative stress found in HIV infected people.
Long-lived women have high levels of glutathione. Because people with Parkinson’s disease appear to be deficient, restoration of glutathione may be important to relieve oxidative stress that could aggravate the progression of Parkinson’s disease.
Oxidative stress in the outside world is the chemistry that causes things to rust. Inside your body it causes damage to the proteins that keep the cells and their membranes running. Glutathione protects your cells against free radicals that cause oxidative stress.
“Glutathione deficiency contributes to oxidative stress, which plays a key role in aging and the pathogenesis of many diseases (including seizure, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, liver disease, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell anemia, HIV, AIDS, cancer, heart attack, stroke, and diabetes)." PMID: 14988435
Free radicals, formed when oxygen interacts with molecules, must be neutralized or they will cause cells to “rust”, meaning they will die or perform poorly. Studies have shown that oxidative stress increases with aging, and over time, free radicals can lead to degenerative diseases: heart disease, memory problems, cancer, diabetes, arthritis.
Glutathione is considered the most important antioxidant because it is the only antioxidant capable of working with enzymes. One enzyme, glutathione peroxidase, works with GSH to prevent membranes from being “rusted” or oxidized. Glutathione also helps activate the better-known antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E.
(Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO)
Reduced l-glutathione: Reduced l-glutathione: There are 423 mg per teaspoon in a new bottle. A lowering over time or oxidization of glutathione is natural. At the end of its 2 year shelf life, when stored in the refrigerator, there are approximately 350 mg per teaspoon.
Lecithin: The liposomes in ReadiSorb Glutathione are derived from lecithin. The lecithin is an extract of non-gmo soy oil; there is no protein in this product.
Glycerin: Glycerin is used as a sweetener and preservative. It supports the stability of the liposomes and allows for the extended shelf life. Glycerin is a normal product of fat metabolism and is readily converted to glucose for metabolism. Our glycerin is derived from palm fruit oil.
Potassium Sorbate: A natural material used as a preservative to prevent yeast and mold growth. It is a form of sorbic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid which is easily metabolized in the body. Potassium sorbate is used to preserve wine, baked goods and cheese.
