INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES
Shipping prices are based on real-time calculated rates from the United States Postal Service and vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping address.
To determine your specific shipping cost, add the items you are interested in to your cart. Input your address and calculate the shipping rates.
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and become your responsibility (the buyer’s). We are unable to mark a paid order as a “gift.” Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing. If you are looking for a way to save money on shipping, we recommend combining your order with a few friends or sending the items to someone who is traveling back to your home from the U.S.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking information.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
We will ship orders to the address you indicate. Upon our delivery of your items to the United States Postal Service, House of Sanjevani is no longer responsible for the shipment. You would be responsible for filing a claim with USPS for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Typically, shipments will take 2-6 weeks from the date your package is shipped, especially with any COVID-19 delays in shipments or changes in weather etc. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. RocDoc Corp. (Sanjevani) cannot be held responsible for customs delays, customs duties or country restriction of importing items.
NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
RETURN POLICY
No changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
